I Jonathan Jacombe of the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the
County of Midd[lese]x Singleman The Eleaventh day of ffebruary Anno Domini
One Thousand Six hundred Sixty Nyne And in the Two and Twentieth yeare
of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles the Second & being
of Sound and perfect mind and memory (Thanks be given to Almighty God)
Do make and declare these presents To be my last will and Testament utterly
revoaking all other former wills and Testaments by me made Signed Sealed
and delivered to any person or persons whomesoever In manner and forme
following (That is to say) First I resigne my soule To God my Creator
who ffirst gave it Trusting and truely beleiveing through the meritts
and Bloodshedd of Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and Redeemer to have Everlasting
life in the world to come. Secondly I bequeath my body to the Earth from
whence it was taken To be decently buried att the discretion of my Executor
hereafter named And for my worldly Estate wherewith the Lord of his great
goodness hath blest me with I dispose of in manner and forme following
(That is to say) I give and bequeath unto my loveing brother Josias Jacombe
of the parish and County aforesaid Pewterer the sume of ffourty pounds
of good and lawfull money of England which said sume of money wass given
to me by my ffather William Jacombe of the County of Norff[olk] as my
portion And to be paid by my brother Nathaniell Jacombe And alsoe all
other <ILLEGIBLE> Estate whatsoever it be which I have at the sealing
hearof or of right I ought to have Which said Josias Jacombe I doe hereby
make my whole and Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament In
witnes whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale The day and yeare
above written, Jonathan Jacombe, Signed sealed and delivered published
and declared in the presents of us The marke of Robert Smith Theo: Reading
